The Association of Texas Professional Educators (ATPE) is proud to announce Palmer ATPE as the winner of the 2014 Local Unit of the Year for units with less than 200 members. In recognition of this honor, local unit president Gina Godding was recently presented with a $1,000 check at the 2014 ATPE Summit Awards Banquet held at the Austin Convention Center.
