It’s Time Texas—one of ATPE’s professional learning partners—is kicking off its annual It’s Time Texas Community Challenge next week. The free eight-week competition unites Texans to build a healthier Texas.
No matter your fitness level, the challenge will help you build healthy habits. You can earn points as you report various healthy activities, from exploring parks to taking part in group athletics. Like any good competition, there are over $2,500 in weekly prizes. Plus, many school districts are participating; yours may have its own incentive program.
