Update on ATPE’s Suicide Prevention Efforts

In the Summer 2015 issue of ATPE News, readers learned about one member’s efforts to help prevent student suicide by enhancing educator training. ATPE is pleased to announce that this bill was passed by both the House and the Senate and is now headed to Governor Abbott’s desk! Read the ATPE News article about Coach Childers and learn more about ATPE’s legislative efforts at TeachtheVote.org.
