Charter Standards
To maintain an affiliation with ATPE, the ATPE Board of Directors (BOD) has approved guidelines for ATPE’s chartered local units and regions. These standards were created with the input from more than 100 local unit, region and state leaders, and were first implemented in 2014–15. The purpose of the charter standards is to promote sound business practices, transparency, financial accountability, and compliance with IRS requirements.
