2012-13 Ben Shilcutt Plus Club

Purpose
To encourage new member recruitment by recognizing top ATPE recruiters!

Criteria and guidelines
Awards are based on the number of new members recruited.  (A new member is any individual who was not an ATPE member during the prior school year. First-time professional and associate members who were college students or teacher trainees during the prior school year are also considered new members.) Only entries that list five or more new members will be considered. You must be a current-year ATPE member to qualify as a recruiter.

Only entries submitted on official ATPE Ben Shilcutt Plus Club entry forms (or copies of official forms) or submitted through this online form will be considered valid entries. Personal, computer-generated lists will not be accepted.

Note: New members will only be attributed to one recruiter. If a new member's name is included on more than one form, only the first recruiter based on the state office date of receipt will get credit for the recruitment.

To enter, use the form below to list the names (as they appear on each member's application) of all the new ATPE members that you personally recruit in the 2012-13 school year. Then click Submit Form and your list will be sent to the state office. 

All names will be reconciled with the master membership list at the ATPE state office.

Deadline
The form below must be submitted by March 4, 2013, if mailed, or received by midnight on the same date if faxed or emailed. If you don't receive a response within 5 business days, please email ATPE Member Services.

$1,000 Grand Prize!
The grand-prize drawing will take place at the 2013 ATPE Summit in Austin. In addition to entries in the drawing, all qualified recruiters will be recognized at the summit!
