2012-13 ATPE Judy Coyle Texas Liberty Award
Prior year award recipients
The highest honor ATPE bestows is presented for
outstanding services to public education. ATPE staff
members submit one to three names to the Executive
Committee for consideration. The Executive Committee then
makes recommendations to the Board of Directors (BOD), and
the BOD selects the recipient. No application required.
